Crown Endeavors Sports Agency is a boutique, Christian agency that provides representation to athletes and coaches. We offer a unique approach to the business of sports recognizing the importance of the individual treating our clients as people first, professionals second. We represent our clients in the same manner that we ourselves would expect to be treated. We believe that, as Christians, we have a higher calling, and we started this company with more than just money and fame as our driving force.

While money is definitely important and we always get our clients the most financially, we understand that it is not everything. We provide zealous representation for our clients' financial needs while also helping them grow as people and role models.

We guarantee attentiveness, availability, passion, and integrity in our representation of our clients. As a client of CE, you will never question your importance to us or where you stand amongst our list of clients.

As an up-and-coming, boutique agency, we select our clients based on a "quality, not quantity" approach. This allows us to be available to our clients 24/7 and to focus on their short-term and long-term goals.

john maghamez sports agent
John Maghamez is the Founder and President of Crown Endeavor Sports Agency. He is a licensed NFLPA agent as well as a licensed attorney. John has negotiated millions of dollars in contracts throughout his career. He and his beautiful bride, Kiána, reside in Richmond, Virginia. He played offensive line at the University of Virginia where he gained first-hand experience inside the business of college and professional sports. He graduated on the Dean's List and the Athletic Honor Roll from the University of Virginia with his B.A. in Political Science.

From there, John determined that the best route to help him become a sports agent was to attend law school at Liberty University School of Law. There, John founded the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and was part of a team that won the National Basketball Negotiation Competition. His 65-page law review article on the O'Bannon lawsuit involving student-athlete compensation was published and has been cited by multiple sources in the industry (link to article found below). He graduated Top 5 in his class and Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University School of Law and then passed the Virginia Bar Exam to become a licensed attorney.

John has several years of experience in the business of sports having worked for various sports agencies, including one of the largest in the world that represented Steph Curry, Michael Phelps, Felix Hernandez and Hue Jackson. While he enjoyed his experience, he also saw the flawed approach that too many agencies and their agents take in their representation of athletes, and determined to start his own agency with the individual in mind. He felt called by God from a young age to be a sports agent who made a difference in the polarizing world of sports, and he is now fulfilling his calling through Crown Endeavors Sports Agency.
